Ride for Joy
August 25 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Ride for Joy is a non-profit adaptive riding program located in Caldwell; we serve veterans, individuals with chronic illness, and special needs children. We are excited to bring in rodeo competitor, Amberley Snyder for this fundraising event. A life changing accident left Amberley paralyzed from the waist down. Her story is one of triumph over tragedy and Netflix released a film about her life called “Walk. Ride. Rodeo.” Walk. Ride. Rodeo. | Official Trailer [HD] | Netflix – YouTube. We hope you and some of your team can join us for this special evening! The funds we receive from our benefit dinner live auction make it possible for Ride for Joy to serve over 200 special needs children, veterans, and individuals experiencing chronic health issues with adaptive riding and equine assisted services, annually. We receive no government funding and rely on the generosity of local businesses to fund the work we do with vulnerable populations. I know those who attend will be inspired by the evenings’ presentation.
