SUMMARY:3rd Annual POOCH PAGEANT (Doggie Beauty Pageant)
DESCRIPTION:Family Friendly event. 2017 Fundraiser for the Idaho Humane Society’s Pet Food Pantry. All new this year 3 Supreme titles. 2 categories. Glitz (dressed up) Glitz Supreme or Natural (no outfit or accessories)Natural Supreme. Also our Ultimate Grand Supreme (High point pooch) We have more than 15 Titles and Awards this year. Entertainment this year is the singing group “The Runaway Hamsters” and “The Dancing dogs of Boise”. Our emcee is Robert Wolff author of “I know why Dog is God spelled backwards”. Our 2017 Pooch of the Year is K-9 Officer “Jardo” in Nov. 2016 Jardo lost his life protecting his fellow Officers. We are having a Pet Food drive where you can have a bin at your business for 2 to 4 weeks.You can also bring pet food to the pageant.We really are in need of Cat food\, treats\, and litter. Small bits dog food as well. Every Contestant (Pooch) gets a swag bag. We are having a silent auction\, basket raffle\, bake sale\, and a few vendors.We have a BIGGER and BETTER Pageant planned this year. All indoors and a Awesome new venue. Check out our ALL NEW website and find us on Facebook. We are still looking for Sponsors\, Volunteers and Contestants.Swag bags value $40.Other prizes. Glitz Supreme wins Md Trophy\, Crown and Sash. Goodie bag value up to $100 1st and 2nd runner ups receive sm trophy and sash with a goodie jar. . Natural Supreme wins Md Trophy\, Crown and Sash. Goodie bag value up to $100 1st and 2nd runner ups receive sm trophy and sash with a goodie jar. Ultimate Grand Supreme receives Lg Trophy\, Crown and Sash.Goodie bag value up to $100 The side awards get a sash and goodie jar.

SUMMARY:BCT 100 WOMEN Celebration!
DESCRIPTION:Each year 100 WOMEN sponsors a play at Boise Contemporary Theater. This year\, the 13th year for 100 WOMEN\, the sponsored play is the Pulitzer-Prize finalist “The Clean House” by Sarah Ruhl. EVERYONE—male and female!—is invited to come celebrate women and sponsor a funny\, beautiful play featuring strong female roles. \nJoin the 100 WOMEN Celebration on Sunday\, April 30th. \n2 – 4 PM: The afternoon begins with a special 2 pm performance just for 100 WOMEN at BCT (854 Fulton Street). Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while you see your sponsored show of “The Clean House.” \n4 – 6 PM: Following the show\, we will walk across the alley to Renewal Consignment Housewares for an exclusive post-show celebration with delicious heavy appetizers\, complimentary wine and beer\, and a special appearance by the cast of “The Clean House”! \nThe 100 WOMEN Celebration is sure to be a wonderful spring afternoon for everyone! \n$70 per person.
