DESCRIPTION:The Scout Mountain Ultras are a series of races in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest outside of Pocatello that take place May 31 – June 1\, 2019. Race director and professional ultrarunner Luke Nelson asserts\, “These are difficult mountain races and will certainly provide plenty of adventure and challenge. The races offer the opportunity to run one of the most diverse\, challenging\, and beautiful trail running races in the country.” The Scout Mountain Ultras fuse conservation and trail running by encouraging runner involvement in grassroots efforts to benefit public lands. SUMMARY:Western States CAT Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho 16th Annual Sporting Clays Tournament
DESCRIPTION:This is a 100 bird\, NSCA registered (NSCA membership not required to participate) sporting clays tournament to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho. Team sponsorships as well individual shooter registrations are available. You can select to shoot either Friday or Saturday. \nSporting Clays is the closest thing to actual field shooting of all shotgun sports. Rather than having clay birds thrown from standardized distances and angles as with skeet or trap\, sporting clays courses are designed to simulate the hunting of ducks\, pheasants\, other upland birds\, and even rabbits.
