The Caldwell Veterans Council, Inc. mission statement is In everything we do, we believe in improving the lives of veterans. This organization is restoring the 1914 Carnegie Library [now officially named the Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall (CVMH)] in Caldwell, Idaho. After restoration, the building will be used to assess and counsel veterans in navigating and accessing local, state and federal restorative programs
